DELIVERY POLICY
We require a street delivery address for all decorated goods, preferably a business address. Although we can generally deliver to an in town residential address, due to the possibility of theft we strongly recommend against it.
Only smaller plain stock orders that will comfortably fit into a 3KG postbag can be sent to post office boxes.
We use a variety of carriers Including TNT, Australia Post & local carriers depending on your location.
All freight is sent uninsured & our carriers will deliver to your nominated address.
Our carriers will not leave a card for you to pick up at a depot.
Carriers will not give you a call to let you know when they are coming & are not able to give you a specific time of the day for delivery.
If you require insurance it is your responsibility to arrange it at the time of ordering. For the safety of your delivery It is strongly recommended your delivery address is a business address that is open usual business hours 9.00am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Plain stock usually ships within 5 working days. Custom decorated orders are normally shipped around 21 – 28 working days from art approval although this can vary depending on the decoration method used. Please allow adequate transit times on top of production times if you have a specific delivery date required.
We have no control over delivery times once orders leaves our premises.
You may also pick up at our showroom 2-95 Drummond Rd, Shepparton, 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
