Terms and Conditions

ONLINE ORDERING
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Redback Promo & Uniforms does not guarantee the website’s performance or availability of any of its goods and on-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades.
There are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such we cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between the client and Redback promo & uniforms including orders. The Client agrees that to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses which the Client suffers as a result of online-ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.

We reserve the right to terminate the Client’s order in the event that we learn that the Client has provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of our services, or violated these terms and conditions.

Please note any items marked as CLEARANCE on our website are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect

STOCK UNAVAILABILITY
Should a particular product be unavailable for an extended period we will contact you with the options of:
1. Back ordering the product, keeping in mind expected delivery dates are not guaranteed & can change without notice.
2. A substitute product option if available
3. Cancelling that product from the order & we will refund any payments made for that product.

ART UPLOADED DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ORDER.
Orders placed online with uploaded art are placed in the understanding that the art matches the decoration description on the ecommerce site, for example a 1 colour print is just that, 1 solid colour print not multiple colours, various shades of that colour or full colour. Art must also be in the correct format or additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse any job that does not match the description on the website & refund any amount paid.

TRADING TERMS & PAYMENT
We accept payment by Eway, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Poli Pay only for e commerce transactions.
Transactions direct with us we accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, direct deposit, cash & cheque.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership title of any of our promotional products & garments remains with us until payment has been made in full into our account or cheques cleared.

USE OF LOGOS
The client must have permission to use any logos supplied to us, or requests us to redraw or obtain for use on any garment or promotional products supplied to the client. The client will indemnify Redback Promo & Uniforms against any loss and in respect of any claim alleging that the artwork or any other material supplied to Redback Promo & Uniforms by the client infringes Intellectual Property or other similar rights or contravenes any applicable law. Clients give Redback Promo & Uniforms permission to use their logos for the purpose of marketing & demonstrating decoration capabilities on various products.

CANCELLATION OF DECORATED ORDER
Once the artwork has been signed off on or an emailed approval, it is agreed we will supply your decorated product / garments. If you cancel an order after signing off on or emailing approval of the artwork, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically the costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been decorated.

IMAGES & COLOURS
All images on our website are indicative only. Different screens & screen settings can vary the colours you see on a screen. All images of garments & product are placed on our website in good faith that they are true & correct. If you are unsure & require a sample see our samples policy here

DELIVERY
We use a range of local & national carriers to deliver your goods. We do not insure the goods in transit. Delivery times are estimates only & we do not have any control over the delivery process or time once it leaves our premises. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred by the customer for the delivery being late. A re delivery fee may be charged if no one is available to receive the goods Customers are free to choose their own delivery service by letting us know at the time of ordering.
