DELIVERY POLICY

  • We require a street delivery address for all decorated goods, preferably a business address.
    Although we can generally deliver to an in town residential address, due to the possibility of theft we strongly recommend against it.
  • Only smaller plain stock orders that will comfortably fit into a 3KG postbag can be sent to post office boxes.
  • We use a variety of carriers Including TNT, Australia Post & local carriers depending on your location.
  • All freight is sent uninsured & our carriers will deliver to your nominated address.
  • Our carriers will not leave a card for you to pick up at a depot.
  • Carriers will not give you a call to let you know when they are coming & are not able to give you a specific time of the day for delivery.
  • If you require insurance it is your responsibility to arrange it at the time of ordering. For the safety of your delivery It is strongly recommended your delivery address is a business address that is open usual business hours 9.00am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Plain stock usually ships within 5 working days. Custom decorated orders are normally shipped around 21 – 28 working days from art approval although this can vary depending on the decoration method used. Please allow adequate transit times on top of production times if you have a specific delivery date required.
  • We have no control over delivery times once orders leaves our premises.
  • You may also pick up at our showroom 2-95 Drummond Rd, Shepparton, 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
